also hella realizing that chief was just angry bc she cares and suddenly getting over watching chief beat a kind man to death bc of it really doesnt work. “chief is genuinely loving” is true, and it is the source of her anger in that moment, but “chief is kinda stupid and really needs help sometimes” would have been a better takeaway imo.
